When preparing for the week ahead the key for me and my family is planning.. like now we have made bolognase with enough for spag bol & lasanga which i just popped in the oven with a bread & butter pudding (using up old bread) ready for the week ahead while our roast beef (large enough so i can have roast beef sandwiches for work) and veg cook for tonight's dinner.... Ah now time to put my feet up and watch the footy go the hawks!
Sometimes you can't go wrong with a good bolognase, not only is it tasty but so versatile. Spaghetti bolognase tonight and lasagna tomorrow night! Its also a great meal to sneak veggies in for those fussy kids too!
