So you're all about chasing those heart-led goals, right?
But time... oh time! It keeps showing up in the way. Well, here's the deal - time is what you need to achieve your dreams, take care of yourself, be there for loved ones, and most importantly, for YOU to just be YOU. π°οΈ
So, let's talk about the first 2 steps to nabbing more time for your biz, passions, and still having time for yourself and others to just be human: π
Step 1: Track your time with purpose. π΅οΈββοΈ
Step 2: Embrace the flow state and let time slip away. π
Sounds tricky? Maybe a bit contradictory? Well, that's the magic of it! π©β¨
To snag more time, you first need to shift your view of time. Let it work for you, not against you. π
How? By nurturing your bond with time. πΊ
Think of it like getting to know a friend - understand how time ticks and how you can dance together harmoniously. πΊβ³
Start by tracking your time intentionally. Got a to-do list? Break down your day into chunks and assign time for each task. Do this daily until you grasp what's realistically achievable. π
Once you've got the hang of it, you can tweak - maybe cut down tasks, adjust expectations, or refine your processes. π οΈ
And remember, when you're in the flow, let distractions slide away. Set a timer, dive deep into your task, and watch your genius shine. π
Master these tricks, and the world's yours! Yep, I'm all about that hyperbole! π
Hope this helps you crush it! π
Achieve & Thrive,
Tash πΈ

π Finding Your Tribe π
Feeling isolated and overwhelmed on your passion pursuit? Let's not overlook this key solution β finding your tribe π«Ά
I had an epiphany on Sunday night at the fabulous opening event of my dear friend and longest-serving client, Jessica Gabrielli. Her new studio is an absolute gem! The vibes and chats with her tribe and my close friends were pure magic. Driving back home with a heart full of joy, I realized how crucial it is to have like-minded women by your side, even if you're an introvert like me!
Here are some sparks of inspiration:
πΈ Seek out local networks or virtual communities where kindred spirits gather.
πΊ Plan activities that light up your week.
πΌ Stay connected with those who uplift you.
π Take that brave leap and connect with inspiring women.
Remember, nurturing supportive relationships is the secret sauce to chasing your passions while feeling supported, understood, and valued. π Embrace your tribe and bask in the strength of those bonds. π

Simply sharing can dissolve it.
The day can be hard.
Some days I have woken up and feel anxious about what lies ahead.
Some days there are challenges, commitments - so many things competing for my attention.
- Work
- Family
- Friends
- Home
- Honouring my creative energy and process.
It can be ALOT.
Throw in any other thing I want to do in my life and some days it can feel too much.
What Iβve found again and again is that if you share whatβs going on for you, you learn beautiful amazing things about yourself and get back into doing what you want to do more easefully.
You experience more daily vitality.
You feel more excited about your week.
Being willing to share whatβs happening for you professionally and personally in a non-judgemental space leads to the experience profound shifts.
Itβs almost like the very act of sharing whatβs so stressful begins to dissolve from sharing it.
When you voice something aloud, youβre able to test your reality.
This helps you consider whatβs filling up your mind from multiple perspectives.
To see new paths and ways forward.
This helps you come to a resolution more quickly.
And sometimes no resolution is needed.
Just being heard, helps you to move on with your day.

Are you taking time for reflection?
A seriously undervalued skill is REFLECTION.
That is, taking time to reflect on what went WELL or what could have been improved after a project is complete.
Or even reflecting after each micro step of a project.
The key to doing reflection well is assessing what youβve done without harsh judgement.
When you allow your emotions to get too involved in the process, what can happen is your ego becomes defensive and you may not see what is really there and needed.
When youβre in a state of defensiveness or insecurity you wonβt be able to assess the effectiveness of a certain action plan as accurately because youβll be trying to avoid feeling that you failed in any area.
The reality is, thereβs always going to be something that we can improve & we first need to be open enough to be able to see it, before we can learn from it.
So when youβre taking time for reflection on what worked or didnβt, whether itβs:
-A program you just launched.
-A client session you just held.
-A creative project you just completed.
Try to hold a kind-hearted, compassionate frame in your judgments.
Remember that what occurred is not inherently good or bad. It just is.
Take it as data. Process it. Integrate and benefit from the learnings and move on.
Donβt forget to take time to really celebrate what went well too!
And if you struggle to stop and reflect without getting harsh on yourself, you can always reach out for support.
Having a mentor or coach to guide you through the process of reflection so that you can get the most out of it to regularly improve your processes, is going to be an investment of your time that pays dividends.
This is what proactive business owners do!
They reflect and plan!
Love Tash x
