When children are experiencing social hardships or big emotions, I invite them to be my special helper. Some clear focused tasks provide a sense of power, ownership and leadership within the group environment. It can be the catalyst for shifting "difficult behaviour" (behaviour is just the visible language of a childs wellbeing) to a prosocial and positive sense of self.

We are living out best lives today! Record player on, lunch on the stove smelling delicious, and happy children playing together. Whats that saying? Find a job that doesn't feel like work? I am so grateful That my job is my passion and my soul purpose.
