Finding a trainer that suits you and your needs are imperative. Questions to ask when you are thinking of hiring a Personal Trainer: 👉 how long have you been training for? 👉 what are your qualifications? 👉 are you a registered Trainer? 👉 first aid qualified? 👉 what is your niche market? 👉 do you have testimonials or clients I can chat to? Just a few important questions to ask. Training with a Trainer will keep you consistent and take the guess work out of your training sessions. 💪🏻 Aging effects all facets of our body especially what we cannot see! Bone density is 1 important consideration for all of us as we age. Most of us reach our peak bone mass between the age 25 and 30. Once we reach 40 we have a slow decline in our bone mass. But 50, we start losing our bone faster than we can build it. With this accelerated process of bone loss in women 50 plus can lose up to 20% of their bone density 5-7 years post menopause . Strength (lifting weight) must be part of weekly schedules -keep lifting stay strong for longevity 💕
