πŸ€” BODYART - what’s in it?

Firstly it’s a 5 energy element full sensory experience over 60 mins

Are there squats, push-ups & jumping? 
Yes - however the beauty and enjoyment of a BODYART training experience is everything you do, you choose. 

Variations give you progressive options that are nothing to do with good or bad, hard or easy & everything to do with challenge & nurture, Yin & Yang, polarity, breathing & how it FEELS. 

The APT Term 1 Yin & Yang program is focused on internal strength & building physical strength with control. The 2 go hand in hand and as you experience your own process to progress it feels fantastic. 

This morning I had a private dynamic duo BODYART Session at Phoenix πŸ¦β€πŸ”₯ @bridgerd.richmond 
We are all in our 60’s to 70 - the mindset is - knowing what I can do, but actually when I apply new ways and intentions I surprise myself with what I CAN do. I also allow myself to build up to strength, jumping & balance sequences & sometimes I choose not to jump or over extend myself because I know when that choice is made I am giving myself an accomplished sense of confidence - I know me best πŸ’ͺπŸΌπŸ’ƒπŸ½πŸ˜Šβ™₯️ 

Each term I create a new BODYART Program - we move & improve through the 8-10 weeks. I never teach exactly the same class, however there are sequences and exercises that are constant & even in week 3 I can see my clients starting to gain strength, connection, control, balance & most of all a calm confidence that radiates from them. 

BODYART is not Yoga or Pilates - however there are components of both infused into it - along with physical therapy, tai chi, martial arts, functionality, myofascial training, strength training and so much more - BODYART is BODYART πŸ‘£πŸŽΆβ˜―οΈπŸ’ƒπŸ½πŸ’ͺπŸΌπŸ§˜πŸ½β€β™€οΈπŸ™πŸΌπŸ˜Šβ™₯️
