What is Chora Dance Academy ?

Chora Dance Academy is a school of Greek Dance and Culture created with the purpose of joining faith, community and heritage to create a simple but genuine family.
This family (our school) builds itself on the traditional values of faith, family and country.
What is the Purpose of this school ?
To teach the traditions, values and the ethos of our ancestral homeland to the younger generations in order that, they may have the same strength and hope in which our families had during the most difficult and trialing times.
This school is not to take over or diminish other beloved branches of our community. Instead, it is to bridge all of them together so that we can survive in this ever progressing and diving world.
Our school encourages and encompasses the ethos of our Holy Archdiocese, which is first and foremost Ενότητα / Unity in order that, “we may be One”.
If you’re interested to be apart of our dance family, we are always around Monday nights from 5.30pm until 8.30pm.
We have classes catering from kids aged 5+ all the way till 70’s (yes there are ‘oldies’ dancing with us).
