Parents of neurodivergent children carry a load that often goes unseen.
At TLC, we see it, we understand it, and we help carry it, so you don’t have to do it alone. 💜

Hi! I’m Avital Seifman from TLC Consultancy, and I’ve spent years doing work I’m truly passionate about - advocating for and supporting neurodiverse children and their families.
I work as a bridge between school, home, and therapy teams, helping families feel heard, understood, and equipped with real strategies that actually work. Whether it’s navigating the school system, coordinating support, or simply being the person in the room who understands your child - I’m here for all of it.
I offer:
Advocacy support - helping families understand their rights and navigate educational settings with confidence
Support coordination - connecting the dots between schools, specialists, therapy teams, and home so nothing falls through the cracks
Strategies for everyday challenges - practical, realistic approaches for routines, transitions, big feelings, and behaviour that fit into real family life
A conduit between school, home, and therapy - ensuring everyone is on the same page and working toward the same goals for your child
If you have a neurodiverse child and feel like you’re constantly translating between worlds - I get it, and I can help.

Today NDIS reforms were announced, and it’s understandable if it feels a bit unsettling.
Things won’t change immediately, but being informed and organised now will make a difference later.
That’s where The Learning Curve comes in - helping you feel prepared and confident for what comes next. 💜

Understanding what schools are required to provide is an important part of ensuring students receive appropriate support.
Many families are navigating complex systems, unclear processes, and varying levels of implementation across settings. Knowing what is reasonable, what can be requested, and how to move things forward can make a significant difference.
At TLC, we help families interpret information, navigate these requirements, and ensure support is both appropriate and implemented in practice. 💜

If you feel like you’re treading water, it’s because you’re carrying a load that most people never see.
Appointments and school runs are just the tip of the iceberg. Beneath the surface is a constant cycle of researching, managing, advocating and problem solving.
At TLC, we don’t just provide advice. We step into the deep end and take some of that weight off your shoulders.
We’re here to reduce the load. 💜

Two people can share the same diagnosis and have very different support needs. Someone else who accesses support may not have a diagnosis at all.
That’s why functional capacity matters.
What else do you want to know more about??

Decisions about educational support are often shaped by the information families have access to. At TLC, we recognise the importance of clear, accurate guidance and how it makes a meaningful difference in how support is accessed. 💜
