Today we saw first hand the power of calling out unfair behaviour. Congratulations to the two male law students who questioned a seemingly unfair decision by a student society at our own university. A decision which has now been changed.
This is why we invite everyone to get involved with our purpose and together we can put gender equality on the agenda.

Unconscious bias refers to a bias that we are
unaware of and which happens automatically.
It is influenced by our background, culture and experiences.
It is generally accepted that unconscious bias has an impact on hiring and promotion in the workplace. This article makes some suggestions for companies to avoid unconscious bias in their hiring.
