The card deadline has been extended so there is still time to sign and/or donate

Today is the day!

Our last ever annual kindergarten concert will be held just before this and then our doors open for all our past families to come and celebrate the kindergarten and the teaching staff.

Sofi and Connie have dedicated countless hours preparing for the concert/exhibition and would also like to express our heartfelt thanks for the collaboration with Roberts McCubbin Primary School for making the exhibition panels available to the kindergarten at no cost. We are equally grateful to our families for their incredible support, organising the small truck to collect the panels, assisting with the set-up before the concert, and helping with pack-up afterwards.

We would also like to thank Steve (Wattle Park PS Principal) and Richard (Vice Principal) for their support and for making the gymnasium available for the evening. A special thank you goes to our Committee of Management for their ongoing dedication to the kindergarten.

For anyone who knew Sofi and Connie as your children's or maybe even your teachers we have organised a get together card where people can choose to just sign the card or sign the card and donate to a present for Sofi and Connie that will be presented to them on the night. These teachers have been with our kindergarten now for over 23 year and will now say goodbye to the kindergarten they created.

We need your help - if you are still connected with families from the year your lovely children attended the Wattle Hill Kindergarten please can you pass on the details of the event so we can try and capture as many past families as possible? Sofi and Connie will be there for everyone to speak to.

Dear Friends and Families Past and Present of Wattle Hill Kindergarten,

We have been quiet on Facebook for some time now, working busily behind the scenes.

It is with a heavy heart I confirm that Wattle Hill Kindergarten will run its last class on December 11th 2025.

We will be sharing an event that all Wattle Hill Kindergarten families from over the years are invited to attend and join in celebrating the kindergarten and speaking to the teachers and other families. There will be a small display of the kindergarten from over the years and some light refreshments (we ask if people can bring a plate to share to help provide this). More details will be in the event post.
