Today, I really didn’t feel like training, there was zero motivation. But I kept my promise to myself: discipline over motivation. I’m nearing my cycle, so energy is low, and I’m exhausted. But I showed up anyway.
I took it slower, lifted lighter, and moved with intention; proper warm-up, mindful mobility, and just a few sets. And now, I feel stronger, more energised, and ready showing up for my clients tonight with the same intention.

Cold mornings are definitely here ❄️

As women, it’s so easy to put ourselves last when we’re juggling kids, work, and everything else. But when your cup is empty, it’s hard to properly show up for everyone else too.

Even a small amount of movement can make such a difference mentally and physically through winter.

Consistency is key!
I see so many people changing exercises every week, and it’s holding them back.
To really build strength and see progress, you need a structured program; target those muscle groups several times a week, and focus on progressive overload.
Stick to the basics, master them! and you’ll see the results you want!
