Goodstart Hampton Park Coral Drive had a lovely Kinder Information Session last week, and it was wonderful to see the families who were able to join us to learn about our kinder program that we deliver in both 3 and 4 year kinder rooms. Throughout the week children and educators celebrated The World Bee Day by learning about the important role bees play in keeping our planet healthy. 🌏💛
🐝🌼 At our centre, the children explored the fascinating world of bees through fun and engaging activities. From learning how bees make honey to understanding why protecting their habitats is so important, our little learners showed great curiosity and excitement. 🐝✨

Goodstart Hampton Park Coral Drive- Our children and staff practiced an offsite evacuation drill, and the children did an amazing job. We walked together to our designated safe meeting point, using calm voices, listening carefully to educators, and staying connected as a group. Safety is always our first priority, and these drills are an important part of our ongoing compliance requirements to ensure we’re fully prepared for any emergency. We’re so proud of how confidently and responsibly the children participated.

We celebrated Mother’s Day with our lovely families in a warm and joyful atmosphere at Hampton Park Coral Drive. The children were excited to spend special time with their loved ones and proudly participated in a variety of fun and meaningful activities throughout the celebration. It was a wonderful celebration filled with love, laughter, and appreciation for all the amazing mothers and caregivers in our community

Our centre commemorated ANZAC Day with thoughtful, child‑friendly activities that encouraged reflection, empathy, and respect.
Through stories, art, and discussions, we explored symbols such as poppies and reflected on the importance of remembering those who served our country.
We are proud to support meaningful learning moments that foster respect and kindness from an early age.

Goodstart Coral Drive have started regular excursions to a nearby church community garden, where children had the opportunity to explore nature and learn about how plants grow. During the visit, they engaged in hands-on activities such as planting seeds, observing different herbs and vegetables, and learning about the importance of caring for the environment. The experience also introduced them to ideas of sustainability and community sharing, as they saw how the garden supports local people. Overall, it was an enjoyable and educational outing that helped deepen their understanding of nature and encouraged a sense of responsibility.

Our 3-year kinder kit are here!!!This kindergarten kit for 3-year-olds provides a range of engaging learning materials designed to support early childhood development through play. It includes picture books to build language and literacy skills, along with hands-on activities such as a matching game, felt pieces, and playdough to develop fine motor skills and creativity. Cultural items are included to introduce children to diverse perspectives and the natural world. The kit also contains helpful guides for families, offering ideas and support to encourage learning at home and prepare children for a positive kindergarten experience.

Goodstart Hampton Park Coral Drive, hosted a warm and welcoming meet and greet for our families, creating a wonderful opportunity for everyone to come together as a community. During the event, families had the chance to spend time with their children’s educators, ask questions, and build meaningful connections in a relaxed and friendly environment.

Families enjoyed a selection of light refreshments while mingling with other families, encouraging conversations and new friendships within our community. As part of the event, we also provided welcome packs filled with helpful information, Goodstart t-shirt and resources to support families as they begin their journey with us.

Overall, the meet and greet was a great success, fostering positive relationships and setting the foundation for a strong partnership between families and educators.
