Today we celebrated our amazing educators and thanked them for the care, dedication, and love they show every day.
A heartfelt thank you to our wonderful families for the sweet treats and beautiful notes of appreciation. Thank you to our centre Director who organised a special lunch and gifts to recognise our incredible team.

🌟 Sports Incursions at Goodstart Coral Drive 🌟

At Goodstart Coral Drive, our children look forward to our regular sports incursions, where they have the opportunity to develop a wide range of skills through fun and engaging physical activities. 🏃⚽🏀

These sessions help children build gross motor skills, coordination, balance, teamwork, confidence, and listening skills, all while encouraging a love of movement and active play. Through a variety of games and sports experiences, children are supported to challenge themselves, work together, and celebrate their achievements.

We love seeing the smiles, enthusiasm, and growing confidence that these sessions bring to our learning environment! 💛

🌱 Harvest Day at Goodstart Coral Drive! 🌱

After nearly three months of caring for our garden, the 3 year old children were so excited to finally harvest their fresh veggies during our community garden visit!

🥕✨ The children even planted new vegetables that we can’t wait to watch grow.

Our fresh produce was proudly handed to Nasrin, our amazing centre chef, who used it in our meals. The children enjoyed their super crunchy carrots on our savoury platter — absolutely delicious and picked with love! 💛

A beautiful day of learning, teamwork and tasty rewards. 🌼

This week at Goodstart Coral Drive, we welcomed Dr Bethany from Toothfairy Tales for a fantastic incursion. The children explored healthy dental habits, practising how to brush and floss their teeth while enjoying magical storytelling and hands‑on learning.

We’re so grateful for experiences that help build confidence, curiosity, and lifelong healthy routines. Thank you, Dr Bethany, for inspiring so many bright smiles! 🦷💖

Ever had one of those "What should I be doing with my child?" moments? You might already have the answer at home.

Earlier this year, every Goodstart family received a What & When for Families guide for each child. If it's been tucked away in a drawer since then, now might be the perfect time to pull it back out.

The guide is packed with simple, play-based activities that support your child's learning and development at home. Best of all, it's written in your child's voice, with ideas tailored to their age and developmental stage.

From singing songs with babies and playing peek-a-boo, to "I Spy" games, storytelling and treasure hunts with older children, the activities are designed to fit naturally into everyday moments you already share together.

We know learning doesn't only happen in the classroom. Those small moments at home can help build big communication, language and literacy skills.

Take another look through your What & When for Families guide to explore age-appropriate activities and learning ideas you can try together.

📚✨ **BOOK WEEK 2026!** ✨📚

What a fun week celebrating the magic of books, stories and imagination! Our children enjoyed exploring their favourite stories and bringing their favourite characters to life. 📖🌈

🎉 **On Friday, we finished off our Book Week celebrations with our Book Week Parade!** It was wonderful to see all of the amazing costumes, creativity and excitement as our children and educators came together to celebrate. 🧚‍♀️🦸‍♂️📚

Daffodil Day. 💛🌼

Today we proudly dressed in a splash of yellow to celebrate.

Seeing our staff and children come together in support of this important cause was truly heartwarming.

Every yellow shirt, ribbon, flower and smile helped spread a message of hope, strength and support for those impacted by cancer.

Thank you to our wonderful families and team for helping us brighten the day and show that even small acts of kindness can make a big difference.

🌈 PLAYGROUP IS BACK! 🌈

What a wonderful start to our FREE 5-week Playgroup Series at Goodstart Hampton Park – Coral Drive! 💛

At our first session, the children had so much fun getting outside and exploring our beautiful yards. 🌿☀️
They enjoyed:
🚜 Playing with trucks in the sandpit
💦 Filling up and splashing with water
🎨 Painting and getting creative
🖍️ Drawing and creating
🌱 Exploring our outdoor spaces
…and so much more!

It was wonderful seeing little ones play, explore and connect while families enjoyed the morning together.

And now we’re getting ready for Week 2! 🎉
