Talk about it. Pray about it. Celebrate it. Tell the stories.

Evangelism shouldn't feel like the occasional church initiative.

Here’s your challenge for this weekend…

Next time you’re at the supermarket, ask the Holy Spirit to lead you to one person to talk to.

That’s it.

You don’t have to share the gospel. You don’t have to have the perfect words.

Just listen and respond.

Maybe you’ll feel prompted to say, “Can I help you with something?”

Maybe you’ll notice someone who’s struggling and ask if you can pray for them.

Or maybe you’ll just have a conversation that opens the door to something more.

Church leaders often ask:

“How do I get my people more engaged in evangelism?”

Tina Waldrom suggests a different question:

“What am I helping my people focus on?”

Because people move towards what consistently occupies their attention.

If evangelism is rarely talked about, celebrated or made visible, should we be surprised when it slips off people's radar?

“Where your treasure is, there your heart will be also.” Matthew 6:21

Creating a culture of evangelism doesn't necessarily begin with another programme.

Sometimes it begins by intentionally helping people notice those who don't yet know Jesus.

Sometimes we imagine evangelism has to begin with the perfect conversation.

But what if it starts much earlier?

With noticing.

Somewhere in that small act of obedience, God began changing your heart.

Sometimes we become overwhelmed by everything we can't fix.

But God isn't asking us to help everybody. He's asking us to be faithful with the person He's placed in front of us.

The Gospel hasn't changed. But the people we're trying to reach have.

Jessie Skelly believes that's why pioneering matters.

Instead of simply repeating what worked five or ten years ago, what if we started asking:

Where is God already at work? Where's the spark? Where's the open door? And how can we join Him there?
