Irish Coffee ☘️
The story goes, that the drink was invented on a dark and stormy night on the west coast of Ireland in 1943.
At the time Foynes Flying Boat terminal was a key stop-off destination between Europe and the United States, and a Pan Am flight headed to New York had to turn around because of the bad weather.
Joe Sheridan was a cook at the Foynes terminal at the time, and put the drink together to keep the New Yorkers warm and awake. Having been asked whether it was a Brazilian Coffee, Sheridan responded that it's Irish Coffee! Coffee with Irish whiskey, sugar and cream for the American palate.

Serving Single Origin espresso and filter coffees only, they do this to showcase each coffees unique characteristics.
Challenging consumer sentiment on consistently getting the same taste profile from their cafe/roaster, a humble way to showcase Origin.
They served the Dambi Uddo with milk, which was intensely syrupy, with forest berries and earl grey tea.
Dambi Uddo is split into 6 parts, from the Guji highlands of Ethiopia, and The Barn bought all the coffee from Wodessa Yachisi’s Gatame plot. It is a natural process mixed heirloom varietal that sits at 2145 meters above sea level.
