So…today I’m seeking all the yummy stuff outside of my iPhone!

Think about getting off tech a few mins BEFORE you engage with your kids, partner or class.
Give your nervous system time to calm and get present.
It makes a world of difference. Promise. 🙏😘

I read this week…to focus on making yourself loveable. Meaning: instead of expecting people to love you…kids, partners, friends, community…put the attention back on you. Be the best version of yourself. Be loving to yourself and all around you. Then it comes back. I find 10-fold. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Why screen-free Sundays don’t work for people like me…and maybe you too if you’re a dopamine chaser/ADHDer or extremes kinda person.

Big screen over scrolling. It’s movie night and that’s alright.
