Happy 6th Anniversary, SmartOz Kidz. 🎉 We want to give thanks to God for our amazing staff and educators who have put others first before themselves. Our 6 years journey and counting have not only birthed 2 centres but a multitude of children and families that have come along for the ride. In true SmartOz Kidz celebratory tradition the educators all came dressed in our most colourful outfit befitting the occasion. We sang, danced, cheered and ate together with the children for they are the reason we do what we do. We trust God and look forward to many more celebrations to come!❤️

As we observe NAIDOC week, we aim to raise awareness and celebrate the diversity, culture and achievements of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander People. We learnt about native plants, animals and elements such as water and land of the oldest living culture in the world. This year’s theme is ‘Heal Country’, our kinder children contributed voices and ideas as how they can save and protect the environment - Educational Leader, Estrellita🧡

Wow, what can I say? Magnificent 5 years captured comprehensively in one beautiful photo collage. I am feeling exhilarated, enthused and enamoured all at the same time being enabled by a totally dedicated staff like no other. I can't say thank you enough to all of you for willing to journey with Sophia and I. And I can't wait to see what the next 5 years bring! Well done All!!❤️

We welcome the month of May with gladness and thanksgiving in our hearts. As we celebrate the various cultural and community events, we would like to highlight this very special celebration - Mother’s Day on Sunday, 9th May. To all our beautiful mothers, grandmothers, and special ladies who take on the role of motherhood near and far, we would like to honour you for who you are and to appreciate you for giving us a beautiful place called H.O.M.E. ❤️

Easter has come around and is one of two significant Christian celebration in our calendar, the other being Christmas of course. During this time we celebrate the purpose and meaning of God’s amazing love to all of us. Let our hearts be filled with gratitude for all the blessings we have received. We take this opportunity to wish all of you a meaningful Easter and God’s peace resting on each and everyone of you. ❤️

It has been wonderful to see our Spoonville Village growing slowly but surely over the past week with spoons being decorated and added to our village in our front car park. This social media trend began in Britain and has quickly become a way for communities to connect whilst living within the Covid-19 pandemic across Melbourne. All families, children and educators are invited to decorate a wooden spoon and add it to our village. We wait in anticipation to see our front yard filled with little ‘people ’ spoons to make up our Spoonville Village.

I’m so pleased to see all the effort put in by our dedicated Educators. The end product is remarkable, respectful and meaningful. A big thank you to Estrelitta Salvo and Sri kosen . We will continue to embed the beautiful culture and history of the Indigenous people within our community. God bless Australia❤️

It all started with a dream crystallising into a vision. Some thought patterns formed in our minds then a brainstorm sparked into action by an opportunity that presented itself through various channels. We now stand on the ground, a testament of faith, hope and belief. Our 4 year journey is not without its challenges. We rode them and with each mountain we scale a greater height and with each valley we learnt a greater lesson. We are thrilled with the ride so far what with a great team, an extremely supportive group of parents willing us on to educate and prepare their children, believing in us. So thank you all as we humbled by your trust in us knowing we will not take our roles lightly. Onward we strive, for together we prepare a generation of children positive about the future. To each and every SmartOz Kidz team member, we would like to honour and salute you for making a difference in the life of these precious little ones. Last but not least a very blessed 4th Anniversary to all of you❤️
