The Pond of Abundance painting bursts with vibrant, fluid energy, capturing the essence of nature’s richness through sweeping horizontal strokes. Layers of deep sapphire, turquoise, and emerald blues evoke the depth of water, while vivid splashes of tangerine, coral, and salmon pink represents Koi fish.
In Feng Shui, koi fish are highly symbolic, representing prosperity, good fortune, and persever.
Furthermore the streaks of gold, ivory, and pastel pinks sweep through the composition, suggesting the reflection of a glowing sky on the pond’s surface. The textured brushwork creates movement, as if the water is alive—ever-shifting, ever-giving. It radiates a sense of prosperity, serenity, and endless possibility, much like the natural abundance it celebrates.

ART and TAX time?
When you think of tax time, art doesn’t usually spring to mind, but did you know that you may be eligible to claim artwork as a tax deduction this financial year?
The Australian Taxation Office, views artwork as both an investment and a depreciating asset, which means artwork may be claimed as a deduction. The amount you can claim varies based on your employment status or if you are a business owner. Your accountant will be able to determine the claimable amount based on the business size !
