Celebrating a Remarkable Milestone for Chef DK

We are immensely proud to announce that Chef DK has achieved another extraordinary accomplishment in Australia โ€” being recognized as an International Judge in Pastry Arts by WorldChefs (World Association of Chefsโ€™ Societies). In addition, he has earned the distinguished title of Certified Judge from the Australian Culinary Federation.

On behalf of the academy, we extend our deepest gratitude and a special thank you to the Aitken Spence Group management team and staff for their invaluable support, guidance, and continued belief that helped shape his journey and professional success.

We also extend sincere appreciation to Chef Gilles Renusson, whose presence at the Culinary Olympics during Chef Dimuthu Kumarasingheโ€™s 5 Gold Medal victory, along with his mentorship and workshops, contributed greatly to his professional growth.
