If your child is training but not improving, something is wrong.

And it’s usually not effort.

It’s how they’re being coached.

Most kids:
– Train without proper technique
– Don’t get corrected
– Repeat the same mistakes every week

That’s why progress stalls.

And confidence drops.

By the time parents realise, months (or years) have been wasted.

The difference isn’t more training.

It’s better coaching early.

I focus on:
Speed. Movement. Confidence.

So athletes actually improve.

This is where most junior athletes go wrong.

If your child isn’t improving, it’s not a talent issue.

It starts with learning how to move properly.

Most athletes are rushed through training without ever building real technique or confidence.

I do things differently.

Every athlete is developed step by step - physically, technically, and mentally. That’s what creates results like this.

Victorian State Record – Triple Jump

Congratulations to Tristan jumping 14.04m at the LA Vic State Championships, his first time over 14m - twice & a PB!!

Results like this are built through consistent work over time, developing speed, improving take off mechanics, building power and learning how to execute under pressure.

That is the focus of training at AP Peak Performance.

Athletes from track and field and other sports train here to improve their speed, power and overall athletic development.

These sessions are designed to support kids who:
• do school sport or multiple sports
• benefit from calm, consistent coaching
• need extra support with confidence, coordination, or movement

The focus is on strong foundations and steady development, without overwhelm.

Our summer sessions focus on strong technical foundations, rhythm, and confidence, helping athletes feel prepared for the remainder of the season ahead, including those working towards Regional and State competitions.
