The response to our first international Marine Talent campaign has been incredible.
What it’s shown very clearly is this:
- There is no shortage of skilled technicians globally.
- But there is a shortage of job-ready, supported pathways into Australia.
We’ve had a huge number of applicants for our current Marine Technician role, and I’ve now shortlisted a strong group of candidates with real outboard, diagnostic, and workshop experience.
This is just the beginning.
Marine Talent is being built to do more than recruitment —
we’re working towards creating structured pathways that connect skilled technicians into real jobs in Australia, with the right support around training, migration, and industry alignment.
There are many more roles coming.
If you’re an employer struggling to find skilled marine technicians locally — let’s talk.
If you’re a technician looking to work in Australia — apply via the link below to be considered for future opportunities.
