A fantastic final day of the coaching and mentoring program for early childhood teachers! Many thanks to the wonderful collaboration of Karen and .louise.ecec , who guided us and shared valuable insights into techniques and strategies that will help us make a positive impact in our workplace.

It was a tremendous honor to be a guest speaker for a panel discussion on the VIT process, speaking to final-year ECEC students who are about to transition from provisional to full registration. The students, taught by .louise.ecec , were a delight to engage with, and I had the pleasure of being joined by the wonderful Vivian, Donna, and Casey.

And suddenly you know: It's time to start something new and trust the magic of beginnings.
