Last week we were thrilled to launch Recurring Echoes, a stunning exhibition celebrating 25 years of artistic practice by Liliana Di Lizio Barbieri.

This exhibition brings together painting, photography and sculptural works spanning more than two decades in an exploration of cultural memory, migration, resilience and belonging.

The exhibition will be on display until 15 August 2026 at CO.AS.IT., 199 Faraday Street, Carlton

Pasta Club just got an upgrade. 🍝🪩

Our first Pasta Club night was just the start, so we refined, and created something new: Pasta Club Discoteca. Loud music, great pasta, and a room full of people in their 20s and 30s.

Chef Claudio from D.O.C. will guide you through making two types of pasta with quality Italian ingredients to take home, plus Italian style aperitivo with spritz and Italian canapes included.

This is just the beginning. Pasta Club is expanding with different nights for different people. This one’s built for the next gen.

Last night CO.AS.IT. Next Gen joined forces with for our first ever collab night of pasta making.🍝

Thank you to everyone who joined for the fun night and a huge thank you to the amazing team at D.O.C. Carlton for making the night so special, especially Claudio for guiding the pasta class and Simone for his unrivalled energy.

We’ve been blown away by the positive response from all of you who want to see more of these and we can’t wait to do it again!

Extended - Behind the Mask: History, Symbolism & Craft in Venetian Carnevale 🎭
If you haven’t had a chance to see it, you’re in luck! It’ll be on display until 22 May.

The exhibition features a wonderful selection of Venetian masks from the private collection of Fabio Angele, owner of and traces the origins of Venetian mask traditions, their connection to Commedia dell’Arte, and the artisanal techniques used to create them.
