A special message to Adelaide karate folk. There is an Okinawan band coming to town on 15 June 2024 which will feature some Okinawan music, blended with American blues and roots music. They will play a double bill with the renowned Adelaide band, History of Trees featuring Nick Kipridis. Highly recommended and I expect there will be quite a few karate people going along to tap in the Okinawan experience and Japanese culture. See you there! OSS. Restrictions are easing! Training resumes at Boroondara Sports Complex on Sunday, 4 July at 8am.

For those attending class tomorrow morning, we will focus on Bassai Dai for part of it and then ramp up to kumite and bag work. OSS.

With the lifting of stage 4 restrictions in Melbourne, the opening of the JKA Boroondara Dojo will proceed this Sunday at 8am.
