After Jinesh Sensei's warm up we focused on Judo take downs, throws and arm locks. Similar theme to last week. Next up, strangles and hold downs. Students quick to grasp the concepts and effectively implement. We applied them to karate / kumite and I was very impressed with how well everybody assimilated these very practical, effective and useful techniques. Great conclusion with Sandra Sensei taking us through Kanku Dai.
