i was always deeply moved by your gentle honest vulnerability and the amazing courage you displayed. Your path to me was of finding who you are and living it - committed to following your heart and helping to make the world a better place with your love and attention.

Though you depart from this physical realm I know I will always be connected to you across space and time.

Drawing on over 30 years and 10,000 session experience in emotional trauma healing with Breathwork, I will share valuable insights on how to incorporate a Heart Centred approach in Breathwork sessions.
