Andrea Downie - Is wellbeing about chasing pleasure, or more about the hard stuff? A conversation about Hedonic vs. Eudaimonic wellbeing | Orah Webinars 04/11/2022

In a world where pleasure, dopamine hits and instant gratification rule the roost how do we ever change the narrative? Andrea sits with Paul Organ from Orah next week to discuss the true path to wellbeing and approaching it with systems thinking. Highly recommended for anyone trying to design their well-being system at school.

A cause very close to our hearts.. Spinal cord research.

This legend has given his time at a number of our conferences inspiring many of you about his experiences, beautiful family and amazing outlook on life. He is one of the most selfless and genuine people I know.
are doing incredible work led by another exceptional individual Perry, who like Casey damaged his spinal cord playing sport, to find a cure and improve the lives of people with spinal cord damage.

There is great work underway with clinical trials show good results.
If you are in a position to do so, please 🙏🏻🙏🏻 join us to support this incredible research and help give Case and all others current (and future) the best possible chance at recovering.

Big love,

Two more days working with these innovative superstars in beautiful Lorne on well-being science, systems conditions and environmental design.

What an honour to be able to continue this work with my newest little person Otto, by my side.

Thank you operations guru for hanging with Otto between sessions (even if you did try and make Otto look like Carlos from the hangover 🤦🏻‍♀️🤣).

If you haven’t already, head to the page and check out their up and coming outdoor learning conference.

We love collaborating with such a disruptive staff who activate. So proud of this exceptional team of educators and their inspiring leader who continue to bring their vision alive for their students.
