❎ 4 MISTAKES THAT COULD COST YOU A JOB ❎
Even you tried to avoid it, but without practising, you will easily make these mistakes again. So note down and mark them in your creative mind!!
1️⃣ You’re trying to decide if you want the job in the middle of an interview:
❎ Here’s where many job seekers go wrong: They start trying to decide if they want the job while also trying to sell them self and impress the interviewer.
✅ You should have one goal in your interview – sell yourself and get invited to the next round in the process. Wait until you’re home to decide whether you are interested in their job.
2️⃣ You don’t seem confident:
✅ Try to keep your shoulders back and your head up straight. When you sit down, avoid tapping your hands or feet or doing anything else that will distract the interviewer.
✅ Practice maintaining eye contact before your interview too, especially while talking.
✅ Finally, make sure to show confidence in your abilities and your expertise when answering their questions.
3️⃣ You’re worrying if the interviewer likes you or not:
✅ Always assume it’s going well and the company is interested in you. If you start to worry, you’ll lose confidence and then you will do badly (even if you were doing fine before).
*Some interviewers are friendly to everyone, even if they have no interest in hiring you. Other interviewers show little or no emotion even if they think you’re the perfect fit for them.
4️⃣ You didn’t ask enough questions
✅ Asking questions and gathering information shows them you’re confident in your ability to find a job, and picky about which employer you choose to work for (both good things!)
✅ The simplest way to do this is to end some of your answers with a question directed back at them.
That's it! Seems pretty simple, but if you aren't calm down and keep these in mind, the chance will gone in no time!

🔰 7 TIPS TO CLAIM YOUR CREDITS 🔰
You can claim GST credits for most business purchases. However, there are some things that are GST-free or that you can't claim for various reasons:
1️⃣ If your suppliers aren't registered for GST, you can't claim GST credits. That applies even if they give you a tax invoice with an ABN and GST amount on it.
2️⃣ Use the ABN Lookup online tool to check if your suppliers are registered for GST. It's also available in the ATO app.
3️⃣ Things such basic foods, some medical goods or services and other items are GST-free.
4️⃣ Check your tax invoices and only claim the amount of GST shown.
5️⃣ If you use an item for both personal and business use, you can only claim the business portion.
6️⃣ There is no GST on wages you pay to staff.
7️⃣ There are also some property transactions where you can't claim GST credits. For example, you can't claim GST credits when buying a property using the margin scheme or build-to-rent developments.
As part of your record keeping, remember to keep your tax invoices!
