Cuban Flow is a four-week series designed to bring more clarity, rhythm and connection into your social dancing.

At 6pm, Cuban Salsa Partnerwork with Hakim + Alice:

• Understand how the circular structure works
• Change direction with clarity
• Stay connected throughout the movement

At 7pm, Cuban Salsa Footwork with Hakim:

• Build coordination and body movement
• Develop your musicality
• Bring more flavour to your social dancing

Whether you dance linear salsa and want to understand the Cuban approach, or already dance Cuban and want to elevate your social dancing, this series is for you.
Not recommended for absolute beginners!

We’ve completely rebuilt our On2 Shines training to focus on what actually matters: retention, technique, and application. Less overwhelming content, more strategic repetition.

For the first three weeks, we progressively drill fundamentals, footwork, and body movement. In week four, we put it all together with musicality so you can actually use these movements on the social floor.

It’s time to stop just surviving shines and start actually dancing them.
