We have had a really successful 2025 supporting the development of front of house employees across our training partners in Victoria and New South Wales!

We want to thank our hard working and talented training team for all your efforts this year.

We will be taking a well deserved break and we will return to the office on Monday 12th of January 2026.

The leaders on our Certificate IV in Hospitality program at Town and Country Tavern and the Westside Tavern in Wangaratta are learning all things service this month. We see them here practicing their tray carrying and napkin folding.

We always ensure our sessions are fun and hands on! Our students put everything they learn into practice to ensure they perform in their jobs at their optimum for their employers.

The and employees getting involved with the product tasting training session and having a lot of fun while participating.

It’s so important that your employees know what your products taste like for them to be able to recommend what drinks go with what food items on your menu and ultimately for them to be able to sell your full range of products successfully to your customers.

All training sessions involving alcohol are in line with Responsible Service of Alcohol in the relevant state and our strict tasting procedures outlined in our resources.

Introducing one of our new clients Great Ocean Road Chocolaterie in Bellbrae on the Surf Coast. We are very excited to be working with this business to help develop one of their front of house supervisors.

This business really is worth visiting next time you are on the Surf Coast particularly if you are a chocolate lover and who doesn’t like chocolate! They are filled with delectable chocolates that are all made onsite, the variety is next level amazing and the attention to detail that they put into their chocolates is just incredible.

They also have a spacious and light filled cafe that has a delicious menu for you to enjoy some brunch or lunch while you visit the chocolaterie and we recommend pairing your brunch or lunch item with a tasty hot or home made ice cream !

What a fantastic event the Pubs, Pots and Profits in Echuca was this week. This event supports regional and rural members and we really enjoyed being apart of it.

It was a day full of learning and insights into what is currently happening in the Hospitality industry with lots of fantastic presentations by representatives and their partners.

Our director Lynsey Gwozdz presented to the members about us bringing our Certificate IV program to the regions and how it can support their front of house supervisors and managers in their businesses.

It was an absolute pleasure to be in attendance and we thoroughly enjoyed meeting all the members who were present at the event.
