Hello North Melbourne!

This workout has 45sec reps or 30sec reps with only 15sec rest time. The success of this workout comes from pushing yourself to your limit doing as many repetitions as you can. Rest time between rounds is 90sec maximum.

Warm up: 5-7 minutes.

ROUND ONE
1- 30sec Squat jumps, 15sec mountain climber;
2- 30sec Push ups, 15sec burpees;
3- 45sec Plank with side knee;
4- Rest (up to 90sec) and repeat 1-3 above.

ROUND TWO
1- 30sec Lunges, 15sec rest;
2- 30sec Side plank, 30sec shoulder taps, 30sec side plank on other side, 15sec rest;
3- 45sec reverse plank, 15sec rest;
4- 30sec Tricep dips;
5- Rest (up to 90sec) and repeat 1-4 above.

Stretches. 🧘🏼‍♀️

Remember to push forward and stick to the timing above. This mini workout should take around 15mins (max 20mins).
