During our group time, the children have been exploring the life cycle of a chicken 🥚🐣🐔. They enjoyed learning how chicks develop and grow, sharing their ideas and answering questions together.

As part of our everyday group-time practice, we also have our feelings check-in 😊😟😡🥰. The children practise recognising different emotions, sharing how they feel and listening to how their friends are feeling.

🐢 Meet Ninja – Our Beloved Centre Pet! 💚
Today, our children spent time observing Ninja, our friendly pet turtle. They watched him swim, noticed his movements, and shared their thoughts and questions with one another. Experiences like these encourage curiosity, language development, observation skills, and teach children the importance of caring for living things.

We love seeing the excitement on our children's faces as they learn through real-life experiences every day! 🌿✨

🐣 A Special Surprise Has Hatched! 🐣

Our Henny Penny eggs arrived yesterday, and today our first little chicks have started hatching! The children are excited to observe the life cycle of a chicken and watch this amazing experience unfold. We can’t wait to welcome more fluffy friends over the coming days! 💛

🌱 Little Hands, Big Growth! 🌼

Our toddlers had a wonderful time planting seeds and exploring the magic of nature! 🌿 As they carefully filled pots with soil, planted their seeds, and watered them, they learned about responsibility, patience, and how living things grow.

Hands-on gardening experiences spark curiosity, encourage environmental awareness, and help children build a meaningful connection with the natural world. We can’t wait to watch our little gardens bloom alongside our little learners! 💚🌸

✏️ Learning Through Literacy! 📚✨

Our little learners have been busy strengthening their early literacy skills through engaging writing and colouring experiences. As they carefully traced letters, practised pencil grip, and expressed their creativity, they were also building confidence, concentration, and fine motor skills.

These meaningful learning moments help lay the foundations for reading, writing, and a lifelong love of learning. We are so proud of their enthusiasm and effort! 🌟

🎯 Cup and Ball Challenge! 🏆

Our children had a fantastic time exploring our Cup and Ball Game! This fun activity encouraged them to practise their aim while developing hand-eye coordination, motor skills, concentration, and counting skills.

Through play, children built confidence, took turns, and celebrated each other’s achievements in a fun and engaging way.
