Another Big Freeze success at WaSPS. Our Tyner House Captains, Nick and Enya, through their work raised over $780 for MND research. Congratulations to our raffle winners Taylah and Ben who chose staff to feel the freeze.
We love the anticipation - shock - pride experienced.

Happy Mother’s Day from the WaSPS community. On Friday we welcomed our guests with a shower of flower petals and opened the doors for a chat and afternoon tea. On the 2.30 bell it was straight to class for games, mindful colouring, craft, nails, beading and hand massages.
We hope you all enjoyed the afternoon and have a wonderful day today.

What a day it was for WaSPS at the District Athletics. Conditions were challenging, but that didn’t stop our team of 62 competitors achieving great results. Well done team! Thank you to our staff and parents for supporting the team to persist and end the day filled with pride. We look forward to cheering you on at Division Aths.

In this 'Week that was at WaSPS', our Year 5 and 6 students talk about their trip to camp, and what an experience it was! They stepped outside their comfort zones and embraced a range of exciting activities including a beach carnival, bush cooking, orienteering with radios, the giant swing, vertical climb, canoeing, and raft building.

The fun didn’t stop at night, with a movie night and trivia bringing plenty of laughs. Most importantly, students consistently demonstrated our school values and represented WaSPS with pride.

A fantastic time was had by all at Anglesea Discovery Camp!

So proud of all our students for the way they represented our school at District Cross Country! They showed fantastic sportsmanship, supported one another, and gave it their all.
Congratulations to the students who achieved great results and are now heading through to Division. What an awesome effort!

What a fantastic way to end term 1 with our Celebration of Values!

Our students have worked incredibly hard to demonstrate positive behaviours, finishing the term strong and showing our school values in everything they do.

To celebrate, we enjoyed a whole school SWPBS reward, Zooper Dooper Day! To make the day even brighter, students dressed in the colour of their favourite value. A well-deserved treat for our amazing students.

We’re so proud and can’t wait to see these positive behaviours continue into Term 2!
