TLC Learning is a RTO (41447) dedicated to providing the latest in aged care training

TLC Learning is Registered Training Organisation dedicated to providing the latest in aged care courses to the staff of TLC Aged Care and the rest of the aged care sector. Our state-of-the art learning facility located in central Melbourne is designed to give students an interactive learning experience. On-the-job training at our residential aged care homes will allow our students to gain practica

l experience under the supervision of trained staff. Ongoing professional development is vital to ensuring our people are skilled to provide exceptional care to our communities. Professional development also meets mandatory training requirements for accreditation and compliance. Learning contributes to our people being engaged and enthusiastic about what we do as an organisation. The trainers and assessors selected by TLC Learning to provide training and assessment services have their TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training & Assessment or the relevant qualification upgrade. They are also registered nurses who have extensive experience of working in residential aged care.
