đđ WELL⌠I MADE THE NSW TEAM. AT 48!
Iâve been selected to represent NSW Womenâs Masters hockey 45+ at the National Championships in Adelaide this September.
I almost didnât trial this year after losing Dad last year. He was a huge sportsman and sport has always been part of my life, so this one means more than simply making a hockey team. đ
Two bloody tough days of trials, some seriously talented women, including Australian players, and somehow⌠Iâm going to Adelaide!
For me, this is also about women staying in sport as we get older.
Sport is so much more than playing a game. Itâs health, fitness, brain, strategy, mindset, resilience, friendship and CONNECTION. Something I think we need more than ever.
Now the awkward bit⌠đŹ
Representing NSW will cost me a few thousand dollars +, so for once Iâm fundraising for myself rather than someone else!
If youâd like to help:

This oneâs for Dad. đ
And for every woman wondering if itâs too late to go back to something she loved.
It isnât.
Adelaide⌠Iâm coming. đđ
