Aging is the best thing to happen to you.
It means you’re living.
Aging doesn’t have to be scary.
Aging doesn’t mean you’ll be weak and frail.
Aging doesn’t mean you’ll get sick.
The way you age will be defined by the way you think.
Most people become weak from their 30’s onwards because they EXPECT to.
But if you think positively about your body, fuel it right, and work out, you can maintain your health well into old age.
Even if you’ve never been fit before you can become fit even when older. I didn’t go to the gym until my 50’s and I feel better than ever.

Don’t buy into the gimmicks and “Happiness in 7 days” snake oil salesmen.
Quality mental health, just like any other successful endeavour in life, is made of thousands of tiny building blocks placed diligently for years on end.

Good people
Good habits
Good breath
Good lifestyle
Good attitude
