Happy 🥳

If you’re like us, Monday represents the start of a new week but also the onslaught of new classes, readings and assignments. The weekend refreshes us but sometimes it doesn’t feel enough and we can be overwhelmed in the work which awaits us. But this quote encourages us to be joyful, excited and hopeful about our new week. Education, while it often feels like a burden is a powerful privilege that gives us meaning, understanding, confidence and direction in life — no matter where you choose to go.

So we encourage you to be hopeful today. Reflect on the possibilities of the week ahead, not only on the challenges. And adopt a reformed attitude as this will give you the motivation and perseverance to continue to strive.

Learning has definitely changed in the span of a year. For uni students, in-person classes may seem like a life time ago, but as we adjust to this new style of learning, we encourage you to remember two important things:

1. It won’t be like this forever
2. Change can be a positive thing

It’s definitely a rocky path navigating these strange times, but on the other hand it brings out qualities that we never knew existed— endurance, patience, new study methods (were dropping a post soon!) and, most importantly, the ability to keep going. So whether you’re loving online learning or missing the classroom, just know that we know how you feel. We’re proud of you and are available for any tips and advice. Just give us a DM!
