Today we celebrated our wonderful Principals, Mrs Norman and Mrs Steele. We are so grateful for all that they do for our Mitcham community and the positivity they always bring 🩷

It’s a busy term 3 at MPS! We have lots of exciting things planned for our students this term.

Join us for our last 2 Mitchkids sessions of 2026! You are invited to meet some of our wonderful teachers and principals, engage in craft activities, read stories and sing songs together. Parents will get the opportunity to meet other families and engage with our staff. Sessions run from 10am - 11am in our STEM room. We hope to see you there 🙂

Last day of term means celebrating our awesome achievements with a combined PJ and Crazy Hair Day!

On Monday 15th June, our Terrific Twos headed off for a day of adventure at Mount Evelyn Discovery Camp! 🌿✨

The day was filled with exciting new experiences, including hut building, damper making, tackling the low ropes course and getting up close during a fascinating wildlife experience.

We were so proud of our Grade 2 students for stepping outside their comfort zones, embracing challenges, and giving everything a go with big smiles on their faces! ☺️

What a fantastic day of learning, teamwork, and fun. We definitely returned as very happy campers! 🏕️💚

Congratulations to Oscar and Evie who competed today at the Eastern Region Cross Country event. What an achievement to compete at such a high level. We are so proud of you both!

Well done to Oscar who placed 9th and will now compete at the State Cross Country event in July. We wish you all the best!

We have loved visiting our local Kindergartens recently 🎨 We read stories, made animal glasses and sung songs together! It has been a joy to connect with our local network and meet the children!

Our first MitchKids Playgroup is this Friday 5th June from 10am - 11am 💚
