AContra are passionate about Latin dance- in particular anything Cuban and their first dance-love, Rueda de Casino. Trained by Cuban dancers at home and in Cuba, Maxine and Akshar pride themselves on teaching authentic Cuban style in a way that is clear, vibrant, accessible and of course fun in an Aussie context! They believe everyone CAN dance and strive to create an atmosphere that is welcoming

European/UK Rueda & holiday adventure comes to a close!! 😢 ❤️🫰

Thanks to (International Rueda group), and .hedman1 for the amazing dances and for giving this Aussie the opportunity to dance, learn and teach with some of the best Rueda brains in the northern hemisphere. Genuinely I feel to be part of such an amazing international Rueda community!! 🙌

To my friends that are family in the UK, I love you all and hope to see you down under soon!

For the locals- see you in class soon! I’m bringing back a whole lot of fun stuff for the in my suitcase xx
