Something Has Changed

There comes a point in entrepreneurship when the old measures stop telling you the whole truth. Your revenue can still be growing. Customers still interacting and the business can still look successful. And yet something has changed. You know it. You feel it, I know I did. I had to change.

What once energised you begins to feel heavy. And that ambition begins to feel like obligation. Unfortunately the business you worked so hard to build may no longer fit the person you are becoming. Something has changed.

Our instinct is often to fix the business. I know you can try a new strategy which is aimed at a new market. Or a new offer.

But sometimes the business isn't the problem. Sometimes the entrepreneur and the enterprise have simply fallen out of coherence. That is a very different problem which will require a very different conversation.

Over the coming weeks, that is the conversation we will be opening here at the Centre for Conscious Entrepreneurs. It's a start. There is much to share.

Not how to achieve more at any cost. That's expensive. But we want to share how to build, lead and create without losing coherence with who you are becoming.

Because the next chapter may not require more performance.
It may require more presence. When was the last time you took a moment to consider this? And really understand the difference?

Performance asks: What do I need to do?
Presence asks first: What is actually happening here?

Presence for me is having the capacity to see what is, before deciding what to do.

🔊 Can cells “hear” sound?

New research from Kyoto University suggests that sound may influence biology at a much deeper level than we usually imagine.

In a 2025 laboratory study, researchers exposed cultured mouse cells to acoustic stimulation using:

• 440 Hz
• 14 kHz
• White noise

The sound waves were delivered directly to cell-culture dishes at a controlled acoustic pressure. The researchers then used RNA sequencing, microscopy, and other methods to observe how the cells responded.

Their results showed that sound affected cellular activity. After two hours of acoustic stimulation, 42 genes were expressed differently; after 24 hours, that number increased to 145. Across the broader study, the researchers identified approximately 190 sound-sensitive genes.

One of the most interesting findings involved adipocytes—the cells responsible for storing fat.

The team found that continuous or periodic acoustic stimulation significantly suppressed adipocyte differentiation. This is the biological process through which precursor cells develop into mature fat cells.

Importantly, the researchers did not demonstrate that sound destroys existing fat cells, burns body fat or causes weight loss.

This was a controlled laboratory experiment involving cultured mouse cells—not a human clinical trial. Playing these frequencies through headphones or speakers should not be interpreted as a proven weight-loss method.

So why is the research important?

Cells constantly experience mechanical forces. Stretching, pressure, vibration and fluid movement can all influence how cells behave. Sound is also a mechanical force: it travels through a material as rapidly changing pressure waves.

The Kyoto University team designed a system that allowed those acoustic waves to reach cultured cells directly. Their observations suggest that cells may detect these tiny mechanical disturbances through pathways connected to cellular adhesion, the cytoskeleton and mechanosensitive signalling.

The study also identified a possible molecular pathway involving focal adhesion kinase, the gene Ptgs2/Cox-2 and prostaglandin E2 production. This helps researchers begin to understand how an acoustic signal might be converted into a biological response.

The broader possibility is fascinating: carefully controlled sound could one day become a non-invasive research tool for influencing cellular or tissue states.

But there are still major questions to answer:

• Do human cells respond in the same way?
• Which frequencies, pressures and exposure patterns produce specific effects?
• Can sound reach target tissues safely and consistently inside the body?
• Are the effects temporary or lasting?
• Could this eventually have a useful medical application?

For now, this research offers an intriguing new perspective on frequency: sound may be more than something the ears and brain perceive. Under controlled laboratory conditions, cells themselves appear capable of responding to acoustic waves.

The science is promising—but still at an early, experimental stage.

Everything is vibration and sometimes, the most powerful shift begins when we slow down enough to listen.

Frequency can create space to breathe, settle the mind, and reconnect with what feels coherent and balanced within.

Let this be your reminder today: to pause, to soften, and to tune in to the frequency that brings you home to yourself.

What frequency or sound helps you feel calm and grounded?

What if the ancient Egyptians weren't just building tombs, but a technology?

The Great Pyramid of Giza contains something that modern science still struggles to explain. The King's Chamber resonates at measurable frequencies.

The structure's proportions encode the ratio of the Earth's own geometry. And people who enter it report the same thing across centuries, a profound, unexplainable shift in their energy field.
This wasn't accidental. It was deliberate.

The ancients understood something that quantum physics is only now confirming: everything is frequency. The human body, the nervous system, consciousness itself, all of it vibrates at specific ratios that can be tuned, calibrated, and shifted. And they built the codes for doing exactly that into sacred structures designed to last forever.

In this video, I explore:
What was actually encoded into the geometry and ratios of the Great Pyramid;

Why the King's Chamber was built to resonate with the human heartbeat;

What the mystery school initiations were really doing to the people inside them;

Why these ancient frequency codes are more relevant right now than they have been in centuries;

How working with the Pyramid Codes can shift your nervous system, your presence, and the quality of your work with others.

We are living through a frequency shift. The disharmony you're feeling, in yourself, in your clients, in the world, is real. And the ancients left us the exact map for navigating it.

In my latest YouTube blog I share what Napoleon has to do with healing and what you should know.

In 1809, Napoleon Bonaparte watched a German physicist make sand dance and wept.

What Ernst Chladni discovered that night is the most precise map of the healing journey I've ever found. In this video, I break down what it means for your practice, your clients, and the way you understand transformation.

In this video I cover:
• Why your clients aren't broken — they're scattered sand in a pre-pattern state;

• The five stages from chaos to coherence (and what to do at each one);

• Why some sessions create deep transformation and others don't — and what frequency has to do with it;

• How ancient civilisations encoded the most powerful healing frequencies into their sacred structures.

🎙️ The Frequency Advantage Podcast — Episode 25!

Why do some days you wake up feeling "off" without really knowing why?

In this episode of The Frequency Advantage Podcast, Marcus Bird and Sally Estlin explore one of the most important concepts in frequency therapy and holistic wellness: coherence.

Often described as harmony, balance or alignment, coherence goes far deeper. It reflects how well your cells, organs, nervous system and body communicate and work together. When your body is coherent, you generally feel calmer, clearer, healthier and more resilient. When coherence is disrupted, it can show up as stress, overwhelm, fatigue or simply feeling like something isn't quite right.

Marcus explains how researchers have observed that healthy cells oscillate in organised, coherent patterns, while Sally brings the conversation into everyday life, sharing practical ways to reduce the chaos around us and create more inner calm through frequency, music and conscious living.

Whether you're new to frequency therapy or already exploring energy, vibration and wellness, this episode offers a simple but powerful understanding of why coherence may be one of the foundations of health.

🎙️ The Frequency Advantage Podcast — Episode 24!

What if menopause isn't something to "push through" but rather an invitation to listen to what your body has been trying to tell you all along?

In this episode of The Frequency Advantage Podcast, Sally Estlin is joined by Frequency Therapy Practitioner and Holistic Wellness Coach Lyby Slavik for a powerful conversation about women's health, perimenopause, menopause and the role frequency therapy can play in supporting the body through major life transitions.

Together, Sally and Lyby explore why no two women experience menopause the same way, why symptoms are often messages rather than malfunctions, and how frequency therapy can help uncover the deeper root causes behind sleep issues, stress, digestive challenges, inflammation, emotional overwhelm and nervous system dysregulation.

If you're navigating perimenopause, menopause, hormonal changes, stress, burnout or simply feeling like your body is asking for your attention, this episode offers valuable insights into a more personalised and holistic approach to healing.

As Lyby beautifully shares:
"The body often knows where to start before we do."
