It is time to talk about the biggest takeaways I got from in her visit to Melbourne last month.

- Speaker Queen: It was so fun and engaging to see her not only talk about the Let Them Theory, but to act it. She had a bed in stage, she poured some wine and she even had a strategic meeting with her daughter while sharing her story.

- A reminder that you are never too late, or too old, or too broke to reinvent your life and create what you want. Specially when you keep waiting or expecting someone else to do it for you. It is not your husband job, or your mum, or your boss. It is your responsibility to build the life of your dreams.

- Instead of looking at the past, thinking, you have lived the best years of your life, what if you switched the coin and started thinking, you haven’t lived the best years pf your life! That was like a massive AHA moment for me. That is why, I took the course I am doing right now, and I am super ready to scale CAVAS up 🆙

- You can’t keep waiting for things or others to change, the only person who can change is you! Like for real. It sounds super repetitive, and everyone says it, but what it actually looks like? In my case, putting my alarm at 5:00 am doing my PD, going to the gym, then working and studying every day, even when I don’t feel like it.

Those and many more great aha moments made the decision to attend this event alone worth while.

This year I confirmed something:

business isn’t something you have, it’s something you build and choose; every single day.

Every woman I’ve worked with through CAVAS has reminded me that marketing is a tool, not a mask.

That choosing to show up for your business can also be the beginning of a new version of yourself.

Today, I’m grateful for every conversation, every breakthrough, every moment of courage I’ve witnessed along the way.

Very grateful for the recognition I received last week for my contribution to the Colombian community here in Australia.
