It is with heavy hearts that our family shares the sudden passing of our beloved Chuck Norris yesterday morning. While we would like to keep the circumstances private, please know that he was surrounded by his family and was at peace.
To the world, he was a martial artist, actor, and a symbol of strength. To us, he was a devoted husband, a loving father and grandfather, an incredible brother, and the heart of our family.
He lived his life with faith, purpose, and an unwavering commitment to the people he loved. Through his work, discipline, and kindness, he inspired millions around the world and left a lasting impact on so many lives.
While our hearts are broken, we are deeply grateful for the life he lived and for the unforgettable moments we were blessed to share with him. The love and support he received from fans around the world meant so much to him, and our family is truly thankful for it. To him, you were not just fans, you were his friends.
We know many of you had heard about his recent hospitalization, and we are truly grateful for the prayers and support you sent his way.
As we grieve this loss, we kindly ask for privacy for our family during this time.

THE PASSING OF ANOTHER LEGEND
Today we honour the passing of one of the true legends of martial arts: Master Chuck Norris, a man whose influence has shaped generations of practitioners around the world. His achievements as a world class martial artist, actor, teacher, and ambassador of the martial way continue to inspire millions.
The circumstances of his passing are unknown however he was suddenly hospitalised in Hawaii and never recovered.
My sincere condolences go out to his family, friends and students.
I had the privilege of meeting Mr. Norris more than 30 years ago at his UFAF Martial Arts Convention in Las Vegas. During that unforgettable event, I was honoured to be able to actually do a grading and receive an official Black Belt into the UFAF system.
We spent some time together, including a remarkable interview for Blitz Martial Arts magazine.
Mr Norris was gracious, friendly, and carried himself with a warmth that made you feel like the most important person in the room. His humility matched his skill — a rare combination that defines a true martial artist.
Throughout his career, Mr. Norris exemplified the principles that lie at the heart of martial arts: respect, loyalty, perseverance, compassion, and unwavering dedication. He served as a mentor and role model to countless students, teachers, and enthusiasts across the world.
He was truly one of the greats…a true master of the martial way and an amazing example of how a true martial artist lives his life.
He will be sorely missed…RIP Master Norris.
