ason, each needle is individually packaged and sterilised in EO (Ethylene Oxide) gas, with the cartridge being manufactured using precise injection moulding to ensure the medical grade plastic is a perfect fit with all needle configurations. Premium grade needles made of 316L surgical stainless steel and lead free solder are used in all configurations of needle groups produced by METRIX Tattoo, so every artist can enjoy consistency and quality every time they tattoo. WELCOMING Murilo Oliveira 🇧🇷 to the Metrix sponsored artist team 🔥

Based in Spain, Murilo has spent 17 years refining his craft, specialising in realism and hyper-realism. His work is known for its precision, smooth detail, and lifelike finish.

One of the proudest moments of his career was competing at the World Tattoo Championship in Paris, where he was recognised by artists he had long admired.

When asked what keeps him motivated, Murilo’s answer was simple: “The feeling of peace when I’m tattooing.” It’s a mindset that continues to drive him both in the studio and at conventions across Europe.

Murilo first discovered Metrix while tattooing in Brazil, after a recommendation from a fellow artist. What stood out to him was the quality of the needles and the care he received from the team. After moving countries and losing access to Metrix for a time, he jumped at the opportunity to use them again, choosing Metrix for the quality of the materials and the experience he’d trusted from the beginning.
