From Prep adventures at the Zoo to Year 6 celebrations at Funfields, this week is bursting with festive spirit and heartfelt thanks.

✨ Year 3 Excursion Day! ✨
Our Year 3 students had an unforgettable day exploring some of Melbourne’s most iconic landmarks — the MCG, Fitzroy Gardens, and St Patrick’s Cathedral! 🏟️🌳⛪

They started at the MCG, where students soaked up the atmosphere of Australia’s sporting history, stepped inside the players’ change rooms, and stood where legends have played.

Next, students enjoyed a relaxing lunch under the trees at Fitzroy Gardens, with plenty of time for fresh air, chats, and a play in the sunshine.

The final stop was St Patrick’s Cathedral, where students were amazed by the beautiful architecture and learned about its history and significance.

A huge thank you to our staff for making this wonderful day possible. What a memorable learning adventure for our Year 3s! 🌟

This week we gathered as a school community for a beautiful Remembrance Day liturgy. Our Year 6 students led the school in a moving liturgy where we remembered and honoured the brave men and women whose courage, dedication, and sacrifice have helped shape the peaceful world we live in today.

Our school captains also recently were invited to Epping RSL to take part in a special installation.

Students laid a wreath at the war memorial, planted crosses and Australian flags in tribute to the fallen. They supported a local kindergarten as they did the same. Finally they were lucky enough to meet the younger personnel of the Australian Defence Force who shared stories and explained the significance of the job the students were tasked to do.

🏉🎉 Footy Fever to Finish Term 3! 🎉🏉

What a fantastic way to celebrate the final day of Term 3 with our Football Day!
Students proudly dressed in their team colours and supporter gear, filling the school with energy and team spirit. 🖤🤍💛💙❤️

A huge thank you to our amazing P&F who kept everyone fuelled with a delicious footy-themed lunch of hot dogs, pies, and sausage rolls – the perfect game-day feast! 🌭🥧

We were also lucky to have Coach Ethan from AFL Victoria run an awesome AFL clinic, teaching new skills and bringing the fun of footy to life. 🙌

A wonderful day of sport, community, and celebration to end the term on a high! 🏆👏

This week we celebrated the wonderful dads, grandads and father figures in our school community with a special morning together. Families enjoyed a delicious egg and bacon sandwich breakfast, fresh coffee from the coffee van ☕🥓🍳, and plenty of fun with our footy handball and kicking competitions! 🏉🙌

It was fantastic to see so many smiles, laughter and great memories being made. Thank you to everyone who joined us – and a special shoutout to our amazing dads and father figures who play such an important role in our children’s lives. 💙

📚✨ Book Week 2025 ✨📚

On Friday our school was filled with colour, laughter, and creativity as students and staff celebrated Book Week 2025 with our annual Costume Parade! 🎉

From magical wizards and superheroes 🧙‍♂️🦸‍♀️ to classic storybook characters and adventurous explorers 🌍📖, our students brought their favourite books to life in the most wonderful way.

A huge thank you to our families for helping with the amazing costumes and to everyone who joined us in celebrating the joy of reading. ❤️

This year’s theme, “Book an Adventure”, reminded us that reading can take us on journeys through stories discovering new places and experiences ✨

S.T.E.M Day! What a fantastic day our staff and students had celebrating all things Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics! 💡⚙️ From building structures and coding robots 🤖 to experimenting with chemical reactions and solving real-world problems, students showcased their incredible creativity, teamwork, and innovation.

A special thanks to St Monica’s College Epping and their S.T.E.M team for coming out and leading our students through some exciting experiments. 🧪

Last Sunday, Year 4 students took an important step in their faith journey, making their First Holy Communion.

It was a beautiful day filled with joy, reflection, and community spirit. We are so proud of our students for their preparation, reverence, and commitment.

A big thank you to our families, teachers, and parish for their guidance and support in helping make this occasion so meaningful.

On Friday our amazing Prep students celebrated 100 Days of School and what a journey it’s been! From learning letters and numbers to making new friends and growing in confidence, our Preps have achieved so much in their first 100 days.

Dressed as all things 100! The students participated in special activities that celebrated all they’ve learned so far.
