Was a great experience being interviewed on Ticker news this week 🐆✅

I recently ran a team building session for 15 lawyers where we unpacked personality types in the workplace - you know, the reds, blues, greens and yellows.

And here’s the truth 🤯

Most teams don’t have a people problem.
They have a self awareness problem.

Here’s what I learned:

🔥 When people understand personality types, communication gets sharper and faster
🔥 People stop getting offended by how others operate and start working smarter
🔥 Less conflict means less wasted time and more output
🔥 Leaders stop micromanaging and start delegating based on actual strengths
🔥 Teams become more productive because they understand how to get the best out of each other
🔥 Better internal communication almost always leads to better client experiences
🔥 And when teams communicate better, perform better and waste less time… they make more money

Not every team needs another motivational speech.
Some teams just need to understand why Dave is red, Sarah is blue and nobody should be emailing the green at 4:59pm expecting urgency 😏

Workplace culture isn’t fluff.
It’s strategy.
And when you understand the humans behind the business, the business performs better.
