I am thrilled to introduce our brilliant new Sing Space teacher Anna Korkoneas! 🤩

I have known Anna since she was a cheeky & bubbly nine year old; she was one of my first students when I started my teaching career in 2008. 🥹 She has since earned herself a Bachelor of Music & a Bachelor of Applied Business (Music Industry) in addition to her 15+ years of dedicated vocal training and performing. 👩🏻‍🎓🎤🎶👏

Anna is so excited to mentor the next generation of singers; with her deep love of music as well as her warm and inclusive approach, Anna’s lessons are guaranteed to be filled with learning & FUN! 🙌

Lessons with Anna are available Tuesday and Thursday afternoons/evenings. Welcome Anna! 🤗🤍🎵

So here I am - 34 weeks pregnant with twins, officially signed off from teaching duties and ready to commence maternity leave! 🥳 I've realised this will be my first extended break from singing teaching since I first commenced my teaching career...all the way back in Term 4 2008...Almost 16 years ago! 🤯 It's been an amazing journey and such a privilege helping people explore and improve their voices for all these years, and I'm especially proud of the wonderful community of singers that has been built since I first launched Sing Space in 2011.🎤🎶 I'm so lucky to have the talented and brilliant and to hold the fort while I commence this exciting new chapter- motherhood! I can't wait to introduce you to two brand new members of the Sing Space family later this month.🥰👣👣💕 Thank you so much to everyone for the overwhelming love and support so far. 💝 Germaine. Xx

Emma is a highly skilled vocalist & pianist, with over seven years experience performing in Melbourne's live music scene. Emma is currently completing her final year of a Bachelor of Music (Jazz & Improvisation - Voice) at the Victorian College of The Arts. 🎹🎶🎙

Emma has built a wealth of music teaching experience over the past six years at various high schools, performing arts schools and at her home studio. She is currently the lead powerhouse vocalist in her bands Cleo Leo & Riff Magnet. 🎤💥

Emma has a passion for helping aspiring singers develop their singing technique, musicality & confidence in performing. She is passionate about nurturing musical creativity within her students through improvisation, songwriting and the development of their own unique style. She is also high experienced in teaching music theory and can guide her students through AMEB coursework & exams if they choose to. 🎼🎶

Emma's warm and nurturing personality combined with her talent and expertise in singing and performing makes her an ideal voice teacher for singers of all ages and abilities. 💝

Emma currently teaches Tuesday, Wednesday and Saturday afternoons at our Hawthorn studio. Welcome Emma! 🤗💐
