REDUCE THE GAP IN YOUR RETIREMENT SAVINGS STRATEGY
30 July 2016
You can work it out on the back of an envelope that your super will never be enough for 20-25 years of comfortable retirement, which is why a CONSIDERED portfolio of residential investment properties is the best approach to reduce the Gap - that's the Gap between (a) what you'll going to need and (b) what you're heading towards right now.
Of course - BEFORE YOU DO ANYTHING - you'll need to consider your best exit strategy to lock in the eventual capital appreciation - so don't ever think about an apartment or town house (their running costs are too high, anyway.)
The asset you want must appeal to the ideal tenant, and of course you'll want to be in a growth corridor with existing infrastructure and adjacent to employment nodes.
You'll also want the optimum ownership structure (to maximise your tax credits) - and all of this for less than $50 per week.
Ask me how!
cheers
