Your diet is making you sick
Our diets are not meant to be full of processed man made palatable s**t, that is literally taking away our health.
Paleolithic humans were overall stronger, leaner, and free from the modern chronic diseases we struggle with today.
Insulin resistance and obesity were non-existent.
They had a diverse and strong gut microbiome due to seasonal and local plant produce which was naturally organic.
They were naturally lean and strong despite never stepping into a gym and actually only hunting/gathering for 3hrs per day
They had better sleep and hormonal health due to no artificial lights, natural circadian rhythms, no processed food disrupting neurotransmitters.
Start following a paleolithic style of diet and watch your health thrive 🫶🏼

A little bit of Portugal & a little bit of Greece so far 🇵🇹 🇬🇷
Food and beach is the main event you can tell 🥙
A few PSA’s:
The Greek yoghurt in Greece is unmatched
If you have no money, eat Gyros everyday, it’s so cheap and so good
Pastel de nata/ Portuguese tarts are insane
Cappuccinos in Portugal have coffee creamer in them and taste like a dessert
The town Sesimbra in Portugal has my heart, it wasn’t planned for us to go there, I booked the wrong area, but thank god we did, it was one of our faves
Greece is way to hot to even walk, so I’m looking forward to be able to do this again when I get home without sweating bucket loads
Sardines are actually edible in Portugal ( I really dislike them)
Give me pulpo (octopus) everything, I’m obsessed. It’s all chargrilled and tastes sooo good.
Greek salads in Greece are also unmatched
When I lost all my makeup in Portugal, I really didn’t need to buy new makeup, because I have just been sweating it off anyway
Hire a boat without a skipper and drive yourself around the island (we went to Paros)
Portugal’s way of eating is my fav. Simple, clean, chargrilled, minimal sauces/ dressings etc. I love it.
Cats are everywhere in paros. Some even are on google maps because they are in the same spot everyday 😂😂
Also, order a freddo cap when in Greece. You won’t regret it.
We off to kefalonia next so I’m sure I’ll have so more updates 💙💙💙
