πΉπΏ Our Little Guinea Pig Friends πΏπΉ
Our guinea pigs have quickly become a favourite among the children, bringing so much joy, curiosity and excitement to our learning environment. β€οΈ
The children love observing them up close, and even when they are indoors, many can be seen watching them through the doors with great interest. It has been lovely to see the children showing care, gentleness and attentiveness towards them.
Having guinea pigs at the centre provides wonderful learning opportunities. The children are developing responsibility, empathy and respect for living things, while also building observation skills and learning how to care for animals safely and kindly.
These special moments encourage calm engagement, social interaction and meaningful conversations between children and educators.
Our guinea pigs are certainly a much-loved part of our centre community. π₯°
