Commit to 30 protocol

Week 3 = Sleep 🛌

If sleep wasn't important, we wouldnt do it.

While we sleep we aren't eating, moving, socialising or looking after our families. It's also when we're most vulnerable to predation.

Evolution should have made sleep redundant, yet every creature on the planet sleeps in some manner.

If you don't make it a priority, it's time to 😴

Coaches Tip ✅

Torsonator Hack Squat Set up.

This is our main squat pattern for the training block.
Use tomorrow to set the foundations of this lift by familiarising yourself with the set up and technique.

The key focus for this exerises is exposing your body to a greater squat depth, particularly if your ankle ROM is a limiting factor.

Start light, work to full depth, then aim to increase the load progressively over the next 7 weeks while maintaining full ROM 💪

Due to the bench having an incline, your technique for the incline bench press slightly differs to that of the flat bench press.
