I'm not sure how you're all feeling but I slumped towards the end of 2020. A big part of my plan to gain my energy back for 2021 was getting back to nature and discovering new places while we are restriction free (in Melbourne). This photo was taken up Mt Strzelecki at 756metres. I would love to see any of your pictures or read some comments about how you're rebuilding your optimism or connection to nature.

Solution
Recycle them at various locations in Victoria such as Rebel Sport, in a pilot program we need everyone to get behind so it will role out nationally.

Thanks everyone for standing by me personally as well professionally. I haven't been able to offer extra classes, answer my emails or take phone calls for a few months now. I haven't forgotten where my heart lies but I already have 60children in my care and on top of self care thats about all I can manage right now. But the community support around me is what keeps me whole and that feeling of generosity and reciprocity. As soon as I can, I will be offering more of my time again.
