This is a really fun conversation to have with kids.

My favourite bit is when one kid will say, "But they deserve that money because they worked really hard." And then another kid will inevitably pipe up and say, "They aren't working harder than everyone else."😂

When I start out working with a new group of kids, I ask them, "Am I always right?"

They almost always say yes! 🫠
